A UNITAR-UNOSAT spokesman said they used Planet imagery, 3m resolution on May 15-16 to capture the image. THE three-year Vanuatu Red Cross (VRC) project called ‘Supporting community planning 3’, supported by French Red Cross (FRC) and funded by USAid, came to an end today. The project began in July 2015 and was based Vanua Lava, Malekula and Gaua. It established 21 community disaster committees and 20 water and hygiene committees.
