ProMedical Port Vila branch is located in the Harvest building, Freshwota 1 area of Port Vila. We provide Paramedical pre-hospital emergency care to the people and visitors of Port Vila and are accessible 24hrs a day via calling 115. ProMedical ambulance staff work a rotational roster of 4 days on and 4 days off with 2-3 nights of being ‘on-call’ attached to those days on. Our shift times are from 0800-1700 each day and from 1700-0800 there is an ‘on-call’ paramedic crew who respond to emergency calls from their own homes overnight. We have 2 stretcher bearing ambulances and 3 response vehicles.
